Cancellation

Cancel any time before you approve the engraving proof for a full refund.

Wrong or damaged tag

If the engraving does not match the proof you approved, or the tag arrives damaged, email a photo to hello@ghartag.com within 7 days of delivery. We remake it free or refund you in full, your choice.

Change of mind

Because each tag is engraved with your pet's details, we can't take back a correctly engraved tag for a change of mind.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. Banks usually show them within 5 to 7 working days.

Shipping

Shipping within India is included in the ₹699 price. Each tag is made after you approve the proof and sent with a tracking link by email. Prepaid orders only.
